Our Production Facilities
Nazlı Natural Spring Water bottles spring water that flows naturally from the peaks of Mount Beydağı at an altitude of 1,400 meters in Nazilli, Aydın, and delivers it across Turkey through its modern facilities. Our water, distinguished by its natural mineral structure and healthy drinking qualities, is bottled under hygienic conditions without human contact. As of today, we operate with three different production facilities.
Nazlı Natural Spring Water Organized Industrial Zone Factory
Our main facility is located in the Nazilli Organized Industrial Zone and is established on an area of 10,000 square meters. This facility has 6,000 square meters of indoor space and includes four 50-ton chrome tanks and two PET bottling lines. Equipped with modern technologies, the main facility is one of the most important production centers of our brand with its high production capacity.
Nazlı Natural Spring Water Yıldıztepe Factory
Our facility located in the Yıldıztepe area of Nazilli covers a total area of 8,554 square meters, with 3,618 square meters of indoor space. The water, transported via a 17-kilometer closed transmission line from its source, is stored in three 120-ton tiled tanks and two 80-ton chrome tanks, and is bottled without human contact in PET, cup, and demijohn lines. Preserving the natural purity of water from the peaks of Mount Beydağı, this facility stands as a symbol of our brand’s deep-rooted history.
Nazlı Natural Spring Water Ocaklı Factory
Our facility in the Ocaklı area of Nazilli is built on a 7,100 square meter area and has 2,087 square meters of indoor space.The facility has a capacity of two 10-ton chrome tanks and operates with three cup water lines and one demijohn line.Specializing particularly in cup water production, our Ocaklı facility plays an important role in expanding our product range.
Nazlı Natural Spring Water Beyşehir Factory
The contract manufacturing processes of Nazlı Natural Spring Water are carried out at the Beysu Facilities located in Doğanbey Neighborhood of Beyşehir district in Konya. The facility is built on a total area of 36,500 square meters, with 18,000 square meters dedicated to indoor production. The facility has two PET lines and production is carried out using high-tech filling systems. Production is carried out in 5 L, 1.5 L, and 0.5 L packaging options. The spring water, distinguished by its natural richness and valuable minerals, is bottled in modern production facilities under hygienic conditions without human contact, preserving its purity. Through this collaboration, Nazlı Natural Spring Water strengthens its production capacity while maintaining its quality standards.
All our facilities are regularly inspected under the Ministry of Health’s “Regulation on Water Intended for Human Consumption,” and the reliability and quality of our water are ensured through controls carried out from the source to the filling line.
